Alexis Cady, MHSI, is a Human Systems Integration (HSI) specialist with the U.S. Army DEVCOM Armaments Center. She leads research initiatives focused on the intersection of human performance and system design to enhance operational effectiveness. Her work involves analyzing human-system interactions and integrating safety and performance metrics into modernization programs. Ms. Cady serves on the faculty of the Armament Graduate School and holds an M.S. in Human Systems Integration from the Naval Postgraduate School.
