Biography
Kuan-Ting Chen is a Research Associate at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. He received his PhD in human factors engineering from the University at Buffalo. His past research involves collecting behavioral data from driving simulator and eye tracker to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of in-vehicular human-machine interface. He also has experience analyzing naturalistic driving data to explore the relationship between driving styles and crash risk involvement. He has worked in the industry to support human-machine interface development by doing human factors analyses to identify functional and technical requirements.
