Biography
Krysta Chauncey, Ph.D. is the founder of Action Potential Acumen LLC. In the past 15 years, she has designed workflows for rail engineers reviewing near-misses, optimized materials comprehension for retail investors, interviewed Special Forces ski instructors, and created product roadmaps for robots supporting people with dementia.
Her work has guided the development of autonomous vehicles, military and medical equipment, in-store retail experiences, social robotics, and investment dashboards. Upgraded product-behavior fit has resulted in impact such as unlocking $30 million in annual operating cost savings by improving remote operator task efficiency by 40%.
