Biography
Nishat Binte Alam is a graduate student in the Industrial and Management Systems Engineering (IMSE) Department at West Virginia University and a member of the Human-Centered Intelligent Systems (HCIS) Lab. Her research focuses on workforce upskilling through mixed reality and wearable sensors, aiming to improve safety and efficiency by modeling expert movements and optimizing task sequences in industrial and construction settings.
