Biography
Duha Alkurdi is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Michigan–Dearborn. Her research focuses on human factors, trust in automated driving systems, driver behavior, and affective aspects of human–technology interaction. Her work integrates statistical analysis, machine learning, and behavioral data analysis to study how drivers interact with advanced vehicle technologies and how system design influences trust, attention, and mental models.
