Hyesun Chung is an incoming Assistant Professor at the Edwardson School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University, starting in Fall 2026. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2026. She earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering, B.F.A. in Design, and B.B.A. in 2020, as well as her M.S. in Industrial Engineering in 2022, all from Seoul National University. Her research interests include modeling trust and behavioral dynamics in human-agent teaming, with a particular focus on multi-human multi-agent collaboration scenarios.
