Dr. Sang Hyeon Kang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Entrepreneurial Engineering and Engineering Management at Western Michigan University working in the area of physical ergonomics. Sang's research interests include spine biomechanics, ergonomic intervention effectiveness research, biomechanical modeling, and physical-cognitive interaction. He has +20 publications in refereed, archival journals and has also worked on eight sponsored projects, including those in office workstations, agriculture, healthcare, last-mile service, and home appliance manufacturing industries.
