Dr. Kulbhushan Chand, Ph.D., is a Senior Project Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, India. His research interests include human-computer interaction, extended reality, physiological computing, wearable sensing, and intelligent interactive systems. His work focuses on the design and development of biofeedback technologies, immersive virtual environments, and multimodal interaction techniques for applications in healthcare, disaster resilience, human performance, and assistive technologies. Dr. Chand has authored several peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers and actively contributes to the scientific community as an editorial board member and reviewer for leading international journals and conferences.
