I am a Cognitive Scientist and Human Factors Engineer at Sonalysts Inc. I received my Ph.D in Cognitive and Instructional Psychology from Northern Illinois University, specializing in reading comprehension and instructional design. At Sonalysts, I have developed flexible on-the-job performance assessments, various test and evaluation strategies, and course curriculum. Recently I developed a corporate initiative to explore issues associated with training Human-AI teams, with a focus on team mental models.
