Selene S. Mak, PhD, MPH, is a health services researcher at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Her work focuses on designing human factors-informed workflows that make digital health tools and programs useful and usable in real-world care settings. She leads applied research and quality improvement projects that use stakeholder feedback, mixed-methods evaluation, and iterative refinement to improve program implementation and fit.
