Biography
Lila Berger is an assistant professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. She obtained her PhD in Human Factors and Human Computer Interaction at Rice University. She received her masters of science in Psychology in 2023 at the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada, where she studied neuroimaging techniques for astronauts. Her undergraduate Psychology degree was obtained at Bellarmine University in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky in 2017. Her current research interests include team science, safety, human-autonomy teaming, and training, particularly in extreme environments.
